Detailed Description of Services Provided:
Financial Services: Our HOA management includes tasks such as preparing internal unaudited financial statements, internal accounting, bookkeeping, billing of assessments, and related services.
Management Services: Our acts performed include, but are not limited to:
(1) Administering or supervising the collection, reporting, and archiving of the Association's financial and common area assets as directed by the Association’s board of directors.
(2) Implementing resolutions and directives from the board overseeing the operation of the community association.
(3) Administering provisions of governing documents that regulate the operation of common interest developments.
(4) Managing Association contracts, including insurance, within the scope of the Association’s duties, involving vendors, contractors, and other third-party service providers.

We address personnel issues, including general matters related to independent contractors or employees, harassment laws, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
